Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TheFlyWay.Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.
